Yeah, I started this blog mainly because I was bored.
But, more importantly, because I started this blog due to a bunch of nutjobs, claiming to be Patriotic Americans, started to heckle other Americans by attempting to restrict/trample/intimidate other fellow Americans from the freedom of choice.
Yeah, it might just start with restricting consumer choices: China-bashing, Japan-bashing, Korean-bashing, Honda-bashing, Hyundai-bashing....
But were do these "Patriotic" americans draw the line? Religion? Pro Choice? Gay rights? Should individuals start encroaching on other people's private lives too?
Hidden in the guise of "American Patriotism" lies a more sinister motive....Conveniently absent from these "American Patriotist" efforts, bashing of foreign made/built products services from western-European countries. What a lot of these American Patriotists don't want to admit, this isn't purely about"Buying American", as they would lead you to believe, it's about bashing the crap out of Asians who have demonstrated success in various industries.
Oh this country hasn't learned damn bit since the days of Vincent Chin, when two ex-UAW workers decided to beat the crap out of this innocent Chinese-American with baseball bats after thinking he was a "Jap".
And so, as we embark on the 21st century with the world economy in the tanks, be prepared and be forewarned...Fascism is alive and kicking in Amerika.
